Domestic benchmarks BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 ruled in red on Tuesday. BSE Sensex hovered around 59,950. Nifty too was below 17900.
However, HCL Tech, Infosys, Asian Paints, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Bajaj Finserv remained among the top Sensex draggers.
RIL share price hit a fresh high of Rs 2537.90 apiece on BSE.
Moreover, SBI, Ultratech Cement, HUL, NTPC, Axis Bank, Titan Company, Power Grid Corporation of India remained top Sensex gainers.

Also, the Government of India will borrow Rs 5.03 lakh crore in the second half of the current fiscal. This will help it to fund the revenue gap for reviving the pandemic-hit Indian economy, as per the finance ministry.
And during the first half (April-September), the government has raised Rs 7.02 lakh crore by issuing bonds, the ministry informed.
