These homes are being constructed near bus depots, heavy vehicle parking, and railway station forecourt areas in Navi Mumbai. The aim is to reduce travel time and costs for residents, encourage the use of public transport, and create more job opportunities in the region.

CIDCO is constructing homes in prime areas of Navi Mumbai, including Khandeshwar, Juinagar, Vashi, Nerul, Sanpada, Mansarovar, Kharghar, and other locations near railway stations.
New Process for CIDCO Lottery
For the first time, CIDCO is allowing applicants to select their preferred flat, building, and floor in the online lottery system. This is a unique approach compared to previous lotteries. Due to incomplete construction in some of the housing projects, the lottery will be conducted in two phases. However, CIDCO has not yet released any official details regarding the price, area, or income group eligibility for these homes. Eligibility Criteria for CIDCO Lottery 2024

Additionally, applicants must provide proof of income. For those applying under the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category, the monthly income should not exceed ₹25,000.
