Mukesh Ambani, Asia’s richest person, is not relocating to London. Refuting all such reports, Reliance Industries, in a statement terms these reports as unwarranted and baseless speculations.
As per Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani has no plan to relocate to London or anywhere else in the world.
This comes as the RIL group company RIIHL (Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Limited) bought the 300-acre Stoke Park estate.
Though, it clarified that the heritage property was acquired with an aim to enhance it into a premier sporting and golfing resort.
Also, this shall be done in accordance with the local rules and other guidelines. Recently, a newspaper had reported about the Reliance group buying an ultra-exclusive London property for Rs 592 crore.
But now the Reliance statement has denied any such plans. Moreover, the 49-bedroom London property has Mandir. After 1908, the Stoke Park mansion was transformed into a country club.
Furthermore, the 64-year-old industrialist Mukesh Ambani remains the king with the top spot as he has added $4 billion to his net worth, taking it to $92.7 billion this year.
