Ratan Tata to Elon Musk: First jobs of top billionaires will leave you shocked

New Delhi: We all are aware of the top billionaires of the World, but have you ever wondered how they became so successful. Every one of us our inspired by many of the top billionaires but have you ever wondered how these successful people started their careers. They come from different fields but the thing that makes common in all of them is their dedication and passion towards achieving their success.

List of Top billionaires and how they started their career:

1. Ratan Tata

Billionaire Ratan Tata began his career managing operations in Tata Steel in 1961. After 20 years of his hard work, he became the chairman of the Tata Group in 1991. Now, he is one of the popular businessmen in India.

2. Gautam Adani

Earlier, Gautam Adani worked as a diamond sorter for Mahendra Brother. Now he owns his own company Adani Enterprises Limited whose headquarters is in Ahmedabad, Gujrat.

3. Bill Gates

Bill Gates, the name is enough to describe him. Bill Gates is known as the world’s fourth-richest person. He is the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation and Bill & Melinda Gates. In his teenage years, Bill Gates worked as a computer programmer for TRW.

4. Jeff Bezos

Jeff Bezos became the Founder and CEO of Amazon at a very young age. He started earning by making hamburgers behind a McDonald’s and his salary was less than $3 per hour. Today, Jeff Bezos is known as the richest person on the earth.

5. Dhirubhai Ambani

Dhirubhai Ambani is one of the big names in India as well as World. Ambani was born in a poor family but now he is in the top list of richest man. He found the company Reliance. He started earning by working on a petrol pump. Dhirubhai Ambani was awarded Padma Vibhushan in 2016.


6. Elon Musk

Elon Musk grew up in South Africa and then shifted to Canada at age 17 where he worked as a software engineer. Today he is the world’s second-richest person. Musk earlier used to earn around $500 by selling computer games.

7. Evan Spiegel

Evan Spiegel is the co-founder and CEO of Snapchat. He is just 25 years old and owns his own company. He worked as a Redbull promoter during his teenage time and earned around $385 per month.

8. Warren Buffet

Warren Buffet worked as a newspaper delivery guy for The Washington Post in 1944 where he earned $170 every month. Now, he is the chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.

9. Mark Zuckerberg

Mark Zuckerberg began his career with building a music player called Synapse at the age of 18. Today he is in the list of Top Billionaire and everyone across globe knows his name. He is the Founder and CEO of Facebook.

10. Anand Mahindra

Anand Mahindra is the chairman of Mahindra and Mahindra which operates in more than 100 countries around the globe. His first job was as an Executive Assistant to the Finance Director at Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Ltd in 1981.
