Locker Security and Eligibility
Banks allocate lockers to many customers such as personal account holder, partnerships, clubs and limited companies. But at the same time it is not possible to make allocation of bank locker to a minor. A bank acts like a guardian and keeps the locker for the clients. Still it should be kept in the mind that banks are not liable to cash kept within the locker.

Free Visits and Extra Fees
Free visits: Consumers are provided with 12 free visits in a year. Beyond that, every visit incurs a bill of ₹100.

In view of new lockers' charges being introduced by all major Indian banks, this involves comparison of lock rent fees and location and size locker before finalizing the locker service. This will assist informed consumers and adhere to the new arrangement.
