Delhi govt cancels Class 9, and 11 exams

The examinations of class 9th and 11th will not be held in Delhi, state education minister Manish Sisodia announced on June 10, 2021.

The evaluation of the students will be based on their past performances in the exams.

Addressing schools from the press conference, the education minister Manish Sisodia released guidelines for marking students. He also spoke about the admission process.

Earlier, the exams were postponed due to the worsening COVID-19 situation. But now the Delhi government has decided to cancel the exams due to the COVID-19 situation.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CBSE has canceled CBSE class 10, and 12 examinations. An alternative means of assessment have been adopted for the evaluation of the students.
