NLC India Limited (NLCIL), a premier NAVRATNA Public Sector Enterprise, has invited applications for executive positions in the Secretarial Discipline. Interested candidates can apply online by February 6, 2025, through the official website of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Available Positions, Salary Details and Eligibility Criteria:

Additional Chief Manager (Secretarial):

Pay Grade: E-6 (₹90,000–₹2,30,000)
Annual CTC: ₹24.51 lakh

Experience: 13 years of post-qualification experience in company secretarial compliances preferably in a listed company.

Skills: Institutional finance, company law, SEBI regulations, corporate functions, and board-related activities such as meeting arrangement and preparation of agendas etc.
Advantage: Having a legal degree is desirable

Deputy Chief Manager (Secretarial):

Pay Grade: E-5 (₹80,000–₹2,20,000)
Annual CTC: ₹27.79 lakh

Experience: 9 years of post-qualification experience in company secretarial compliances, with preference for listed company experience.

Skills: The same as that of the Additional Chief Manager with knowledge of SEBI rules and corporate governance.
Benefit: A law degree is desirable.

Selection Procedure:

Applicants will be interviewed personally. 50% marks are the minimum qualifying marks. The selection will be strictly on merit basis which will be decided through interviews.
