BTS recommended K-dramas: The members of South Korean boy band BTS, also known as the Bangtan Boys, are huge fans of K-dramas. They have watched several K-dramas and can’t stop praising their favourite ones.
They keep revealing to their fans about their favourite Korean dramas. From Sweet Home to Hotel Del Luna, here is a list of 7 BTS recommended K-dramas that you can watch on Netflix.
1. Sweet Home – Namjoon/RM
During a VLive session, the leader of BTS gushe- RM – revealed that Netflix thriller drama, Sweet Home, is his favourite K-drama. Sweet Home is an apocalyptic horror K-drama starring Song Kang, Lee Jin-wook, Lee Si-young and Lee Do-hyun. Based on the Naver webtoon of the same name, the series was released on Netflix on December 18, 2020.
2. Boys Over Flowers – Jin
Boys Over Flowers is the favorite K-drama of Jin, who is the oldest member of BTS. The K-drama series stars Ku Hye-sun, Lee Min-ho, Kim Hyun-joong, Kim Bum, Kim Joon and Kim So-eun.
3. Sky Castle – Suga, RM, and Jin
Sky Castle is Suga, RM, and Jin’s favourite K-drama. Suga revealed during an interaction with ARMY that he had watched the dark comedy thriller. It stars Yum Jung-ah, Lee Tae-ran, Yoon Se-ah, Oh Na-ra and Kim Seo-hyung in key roles.
4. Crash Landing On You – J-Hope
J-Hope recommends his fans to watch Crash Landing On You. The hit romantic drama became an international hit as it was loved by people across the globe. J-Hope singer revealed in his birthday VLive that it is his personal favorite drama. Crash Landing On You stars Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin in lead roles.
5. Kingdom- Jimin
During an interaction with fans, Jimin revealed that he loves the period drama Kingdom. He says it’s a “scary drama,” and only brave people like him can watch it. The thriller-horror K-drama stars Ju Ji-hoon, Bae Doona, and Kim Hye-jin in leading roles.
6. Itaewon Class – V (Taehyung)
V recommended ARMYs to watch the K-drama, Itaewon Class. The Webtoon-based drama is one of the singer’s favorite shows to watch. Interestingly, it stars V’s best friend Park Seo-joon (Wooga Squad) in the leading role. Kim Da-mi stars as the female lead. Also, the BTS singer lent his voice to its OST in the song Sweet Night.
7. Hotel Del Luna- Jungkook
Hotel Del Luna is one of Jungkook’s favorite K-dramas. He is a huge fan of IU, the leading character in the sci-fi romance drama, which also features Yeo Jin-goo.
