The year 2020 had been quite an eventful year that flew by and we are glad it did! However, amidst all the crisis and lockdown through 2020, some of the bollywood celebs have been giving some really good news throughout the year.
From Bollywood’s Greek God Hrithik Roshan to actor and entrepreneur Alia Bhatt, here are some celebrities who bought luxurious properties this year.
#1 Alia Bhatt
Reportedly, the Udta Punjab actor Alia Bhatt has bought a 2460 sqft apartment in Vaastu Pali Hill complex in Bandra for a staggering ₹32 crore.
According to a report published in Hindustan Times, the house is in the same complex where Ranbir Kapoor lives and the interior of Alia Bhatt’s house will be done by Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan. As per the same report, Alia Bhatt also owns a house in Juhu and another one in London’s Covent Garden.
#2 Hrithik Roshan
Apart from being the proud owner of a sea-facing paradise in Juhu, Bollywood’s Greek God Hrithik Roshan has bought two new apartments worth Rs 97.50 crore.
Both the houses are located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building called Mannat on the Juhu-Versova Link road.
#3 Ayushmann Khurrana
A report in Times of India states that the Andhadhun actor, Ayushmann Khurrana has bought a family home worth ₹9 crore in Sector 6, Panchkula near Chandigarh.
A Hindustan Times report also quoted Ayushmann Khurrana, “The Khurranas got a new family home! The entire family decided to buy this new home in which the entire Khurrana family can now stay together. We are looking forward to making new and beautiful memories in our new address.”
#4. Vikrant Massey
We can’t say about others but 2020 has truly been good to Vikrant Massey in many ways. Vikrant Massey displayed his many avatars in projects including Mirzapur, Chhapaak, Dolly Kitty aur wo chamakte sitaare. The actor also got engaged to his girlfriend Sheetal Love and just around Diwali Vikrant Massey shared photos of his new home. By the looks of the pictures shared by Vikrant Massey, the house seemed to be under renovation.
#5 Yami Gautam
2020 began on a happy note for Yami Gautam as the Bala actor bought a new home in Chandigarh, as per a report in Mumbai Mirror. Yami Gautam’s new home is a duplex apartment.
According to the same report, the actor also owns a 100-year-old heritage home spread across an area of 25 acres in Gohar. Yami Gautam is also an owner of a sprawling farmhouse in Himachal.
#6 Tapsee Pannu
The Pink actor Tapsee Pannu has come a long way in bollywood, thanks to her outstanding acting skills. Amidst the coronavirus lockdown, the Badla actor bought another house in the same apartment building where she currently resides.
#7 Richa Chaddha
Just a day before Diwali, the Shakeela actor shared this big news on her social media that she moved into her new home in Juhu. In the recently bought home, Richa Charcha will be living with her beau, Ali Fazal, her brother and their two cats, Jugni and Kamli.
