Baekhyun’s Practical Love for His Family

Baekhyun shared that while he was openly affectionate as a child, he now prefers to express love through practical actions. He revealed that he has taken on the role of a provider for his parents, having bought them a house, updated their car regularly, and even handed over his first three years of earnings to them. Baekhyun explained that this was his way of giving back, recognizing the sacrifices his parents made while raising him.

Gratitude and Modesty

When host Shin Dong Yup asked if it was difficult to give away three years' worth of earnings, Baekhyun modestly replied that his busy schedule left little time for personal luxuries. Instead, he chose to focus on supporting his family. He emphasized his deep gratitude for his parents’ frugal lifestyle and felt it was his duty to repay them now that he’s successful.

Baekhyun’s New Agency and Solo Activities

At the start of 2024, Baekhyun left SM Entertainment to establish his own agency, INB100, where he continues his solo activities. Despite this, he remains a part of EXO and continues to participate in group activities. Baekhyun is also on his first-ever solo Asia tour, which kicked off in March at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. His latest album, Hello, World, features the title track "Pineapple Slice," which has been highly anticipated by fans.
