And it was during a mandatory security check that Aryan reportedly got nervous which alerted the officials.

The suspects were searched and different drugs were recovered from them.

Aryan was taken to a court in Mumbai this afternoon.

This comes a day after he and seven others were arrested after a raid at a party on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast by the NCB.

Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has demanded bail. He asserted that his client had been arrested only on the basis of chat messages.

Since Aryan had no ticket, no cabin or seat onboard the cruise.

He was there because he had been invited. He didn’t even have a boarding pass. Also, nothing has been found on him. He was arrested on the basis of chat only.

Reports also state that while Aryan was taken into custody, nothing was found on him and hence, he was booked only on consumption charges.
