FIR Filed Against Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Hindu Group Accuses Him of Defaming Maharashtra Police!

Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has found himself in a difficult situation. A Hindu organization has accused the actor of damaging the image of the Maharashtra Police in a recent online gaming advertisement. Known for his role in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Nawazuddin is now facing legal action regarding the controversial ad. The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has called for Mumbai Police to take action against the actor, raising questions about what exactly happened.

The controversy began after Nawazuddin appeared in an advertisement promoting an online gaming platform. In the ad, he is seen wearing a Mumbai Police uniform, which has upset certain sections of the public. Some viewers believe the ad presents the Maharashtra Police in a negative light. The complaint argues that by wearing the police uniform and promoting gambling, Nawazuddin has disrespected the force’s reputation.

The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti took the matter further by writing a formal letter to the Mumbai Police Commissioner and the Director General of Police (DGP) of Maharashtra. Abhishek Murukate, the state coordinator, demanded immediate action against both the actor and Ankur Singh, the owner of the online gaming company. In the letter, the organization accused the ad of defaming the Maharashtra Police and requested a case be filed under the Maharashtra Police Act of 1951 and the Maharashtra Civil Service Rules of 1979.

Nawazuddin’s Past Legal Issues
