New Delhi: Prince Narula’s wife and Bigg Boss 9 famed Yuvika Chaudhary was arrested by Haryana Police on October, 18. Prince’s wife Yuvika landed into a legal soup after she was arrested in a case of alleged offensive remarks against Scheduled Castes on a social media platform.
According to the reports, the actress Yuvika Chaudhary was later released on interim bail. The lawyer of Yuvika states, “My client Yuvika Chaudhary has joined the investigation as per the guidelines given by the High Court and she is on interim bail now.
Actually, Dalit rights activists filed an FIR against the actress, under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
In a vlog shot by her husband, Prince Narula, Yuvika had uttered a casteist slur that went viral on social media. After the video went viral, Yuvika’s troubles seemed to increase, even as #arrestyuvikachaudhary started trending on Twitter.
Yuvika had later issued an apology on her social media account for her comments as she had written, “Hi guys I didn’t know the meaning about that word what I used in my last vlog I didn’t mean to hurt anyone and I can never do that to hurt someone I apologise to each n everyone I hope you understand the love you all (sic)”.
