BTS is worldwide famous now. It needs no introduction. For the last few years, their popularity has already skyrocketed with every new release.
WIth its fanbase across the globe, India is one of the many countries that is also witnessing a massive Korean wave. But here’s one of its members’ Indian connections. How come?
As we all know that BTS stylists play around a lot with accessories. This is why street style rings, body chains, and metal bracelets are back in fashion these days.
So, it would surprise you when we tell you that SUGA has been spotted wearing a beaded bracelet in one of his old looks.
And guess what? It looks like a Rudraksh. These particular beads holds great significance in the Hindu religion.
Rudraksh has often been used as a fashion accessory by SUGA.
Soon after a brief introduction of himself, he said, “I used to imagine that I was a superhero, saving the world. Looking back, that’s when I began to worry about what other people thought of me and started seeing myself through their eyes.”
“Soon, I began to shut out my own voice and started to listen to the voices of others. No one called out my name, and neither did I. My heart stopped and my eyes closed shut. So, like this, I, we, all lost our names. We became like ghosts.”
He calls music his sanctuary. “There was a small voice in me that said, ‘Wake up, man, and listen to yourself!”.
“Even after making the decision to join BTS, there were hurdles. Most people thought we were hopeless. Sometimes, I just wanted to quit,” he said. He, however, feels lucky that he didn’t give it all up and thanked BTS members and his Army fans.
He shared a message of “Love Myself”. He goes on to say, “I would like to ask all of you. What is your name? What excites you and makes your heart beat? Tell me your story. I want to hear your voice, and I want to hear your conviction”.
“No matter who you are, where you’re from, your skin colour, gender identity: speak yourself. Find your name, find your voice by speaking yourself.”
He concluded “Like most people, I made many mistakes in my life. I have many faults and I have many fears, but I am going to embrace myself as hard as I can, and I’m starting to love myself, little by little.”
PSY and SUGA last week unveiled the MV for Psy’s latest album ‘PSY 9th.’ And you just can’t get over with PSY’s moves and SUGA’s (BTS) acting!
The song lyrics are about how we have come to the end of the pandemic. It shows their happiness that everything is coming back to normal from crowds to working properly- it’s a celebration anthem!
It brings out PSY fashion in its true sense. The song had the craziest dance sequence and it’s definitely going to catch on all over the world!
Notably, this is PSY’s first release after 5 years since his eighth full-length, ‘4×2=8’, in 2017.
Some of the other artists that are featured in his album are Hwasa, Jessi, Heize, Tablo, Sung Si Kyung & Crush.
BTS Bangtan Boys
In a good news for all BTS fans, their favourite K-pop members have finally created their personal Instagram handles. Yes, BTS members RM, V, Jungkook, Jin, Jimin, Suga and J-Hope now have their own official Instagram accounts.
Breaking Angelina Jolie’s record, V became “The fastest person to reach 1 million and 10 million followers” on Instagram. He even broke Billie Eilish’s record as his post became “The fastest celebrity to reach 1m likes” in just 4 minutes.
The band’s member didn’t stop here as he became the fastest celeb to achieve 1 million, 2 million, 3 million, 4 million, 5 million, 6 million, 7 million, 8 million, 9 million and became the fastest person in history to gain 10 million followers on Instagram. He broke and created all these records in less than half a day.
Currently, V has gained more than 17 million followers, RM has 16 Million, Jungkook has more than 17 million, Jimin has 16.6 million, Jin has 16.3 million and Suga has 16.1 million followers.
However, Suga had first posted a scenic picture but he later deleted it and posted a solid block of colour with the caption – Instagram is really hard 🙁
