The late actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik was recalled by actor Kartik Aaryan as his “best landlord” in Bombay. Kartik shared a picture of Satish standing in a room on his Instagram Stories on Friday. Satish Kaushik was seen in the photo smiling and posing with his hands clasped.
He was shown in the image sporting a patterned shirt and jeans. Kartik shared the image and commented, “A great actor, a great human being, and the best landlord, I had during my struggling days in the city. Will always remember your encouraging words and laughter sir. RIP Satish Sir (folded hands emoji).”
In an interview with Humans of Bombay in 2019, Kartik discussed his difficulties in Mumbai. I’d travel for auditions for 6 hours, 3–4 times every week, according to a portion of the post that was shared on Instagram. Because I didn’t “look the part,” I would occasionally be turned down outside the studio. But I remained hopeful. I soon secured projects, such as a few seconds in an advertisement, and they supported me. Ultimately, 12 boys and I rented a home in Andheri. I was strapped for cash.
Also, it stated that after 2.5 years of struggle, what I had thought was possible had become a reality. The opportunities were still few after Pyaar Ka Punchama. Till my third film, I remained in the same apartment with 12 other boys.
