In the viral video, Jaya Kishori was seen dragging a trolley bag with a Christian Dior handbag placed on top at the airport. This 2.1 lakh luxuries handbag opened up a debate among users as to why someone preaching detachment from the material world would go carrying such an expensive, foreign branded bag.
Every time this video was posted on social media, people started trolling Jaya Kishori for her designer bag. Most of them were quoting her words that she was emphasizing renunciation is of material desires and focus should be only on spiritual connection with God. Does this expensive bag carry more things? Here we can get a big sack for 10 rupees to carry everything! " Another asked "Is all this effort in the shopping and is this body only temporary".
