The popular comic-actor has recently confirmed that, The Kapil Sharma Show, will go on a “small break”.
The reason why his show is going off air is because Kapil wants to focus on his family, with wife Ginni Chatrath expecting their second child.
What did Kapil share?
During a question and answer session on Twitter, a fan asked the comedian, “@KapilSharmaK9 sir , show off air kyu kr rhe h #askkapil (sic),”
Replying to the fan’s question, Kapil replied, “Bcoz I need be there at home with my wife to welcome our second baby (sic).”
After Kapil shared the good news, another fan asked him, “What you want for anayra ,baby brother or sister? #askkapil (sic). To which he answered, “boy or girl, tandrust ho bus (sic).” The comedian wished for a healthy baby, be it a girl or a boy.
During the question-answer session, Kapil also revealed that Anayra has started talking a little bit and the first word she said was “mumma.“
On a special request, Kapil also shared an unseen video of his daughter.
He announced the news of his daughter’s arrival on social media with this tweet: “Blessed to have a baby girl. Need your blessings. Love you all. Jai mata di.”
The Kapil Sharma Show to go off air
Earlier, there were many rumours doing rounds on the digital space that suggested that the reality show is going off air. But nothing was confirmed from the channel. The show will comback with go off air for a short time to comeback with a new season.
The Kapil Sharma Show returned to television in July with a few changes. Due to novel coronavirus pandemic, the live audience could not be a part of the shoot. So, the crew placed cardboard cutouts in the audience.
Meanwhile, TSSH is currently airing on Sony TV on weekends. Recently Kapil also launched a series titled Behind The Jokes With Kapil on his YouTube channel.
