Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora have tested positive for Covid-19, as per ANI. The BMC has shared the news in a statement.
As per ANI, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said in a statement, “Actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora tested positive for Covid-19. Both of them had violated Covid norms and attended several parties. BMC has ordered people, who came in contact with the two actors, to undergo RT-PCR tests.”
Kareena Kapoor is currently in-home quarantine. Whether Amrita Arora is also following the home quarantine rule, is yet to be confirmed.
Last week, Kareena and Amrita had reunited at parties with their friends and siblings. They had attended an early Christmas party at Rhea Kapoor’s home also. It was an all-girls party night.
Moreover, the two actresses had also attended Karan Johar’s party at his residence last week.
Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were also present there. Karan had hosted a K3G themed bash as the film completed 20 years of its release this month.
Just outside Karan’s home, Kareena Kapoor had also hidden her face in her hoodie as the paparazzi clicked her.
In a video, Kareena Kapoor Khan could be seen hiding her face. Karan had also invited Seema Khan and Maheep Kapoor for this bash.
Kareena will be seen next in Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir Khan in the lead role.
