KBC 13: Sahil Ahirwar failed to answer the jackpot question worth Rs 7 crore, can you answer it?

KBC 13 contestant Sahil Ahirwar from Chattarpur, Madhya Pradesh is the son of a security guard. He aims to become an IAS officer. Sahil answered the 15th question and bagged Rs 1 crore in KBC 13. However, he got stumped by the 16th question worth Rs 7 crore.

KBC 13 contestant Sahil Ahirwar is the second player in the 13th season to win Rs 1 crore. Himani Bundela is the first player to win 1 crore in KBC 13.

What was that Rs 7 crore question that Sahil failed to answer :

The question that Sahil could not answer was, “Which is the only bird with a digestive system that ferments vegetation as a bovine does, which enables it to eat leaves and buds exclusively?”

The options were Shoebill stork, Hoatzin, Shoveler, and Galapagos cormorant. The correct answer was Hoatzin. However, Sahil quit the show as he was uncertain of the answer.

The question that made Sahil won Rs 1 crore:

“The Sanskrit phrase ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’, meaning ‘The Guest is God’, is taken from which Upanishad: “

The options were: Katha Upanishad, Mundaka Upanishad, Chandogya Upanishad, and Taittiriya Upanishad. The correct answer was Taittiriya Upanishad.

Sahil said that he is very happy to have won the big amount. In an interview with a newspaper, Sahil said that “Winning the title of a crorepati is a big achievement for me. I couldn’t fathom this fact when Mr Bachchan announced that I have one crore rupee It was surreal. With this amount, I will gift my mother a new house, get my younger brother a new cricket set and pump in the amount to achieve my larger dream of becoming an IAS officer.” Sahil also won a car on KBC 13.
