On October 24, 2024, Kim Tae Ho appeared as a witness at the National Assembly audit conducted by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee to clarify the situation.

During his testimony, Kim Tae Ho stated, “Speaking as Belift Lab’s CEO, a civil and criminal lawsuit has been filed against Min Hee Jin, the former CEO of ADOR.” This legal action is part of ILLIT’s efforts to defend against the allegations of plagiarism. Kim emphasized that the company is waiting for the judiciary’s judgment and is confident that the evidence they have will prove that the accusations are unfounded.
