During the interview, when Jimmy Fallon asked Jin how he felt returning to the show and if he was excited about BTS reuniting in June, Jin honestly said that the time alone was good. But he quickly added – "I want to respect the work of my teammates, they are the protectors of my life." He also said that when everyone returns, he will accompany them and support them.

Jin Shared a Special Picture With BTS After Military Service in 2024

After Jin's discharge from the military in 2024, he shared a group photo with the rest of BTS members RM, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook. No new group photo has come since then, but Jin has kept up with fans by going live on Weverse. Being the eldest member, i.e. "Hyung" of BTS, Jin has always been with the team like an elder brother.

For those who don't know, BTS first performed on 'The Tonight Show' in 2018, when they performed hits like "Idol" and "I'm Fine". After this, in 2020 and 2021, they returned to the show virtually and rocked the stage with songs like "Butter" and "Permission to Dance".
