Kim Hye Yoon, who is popular for her role in Kdrama Lovely Runner, and Lee Jong Won are teaming up for the new Korean horror film "Salmokji" (working romanized title). On April 15, their agencies confirmed the news, which has now caused waves among their fans.

Kim Hye Yoon, who has stolen everyone's heart with her amazing acting skills in her previous K-drama Lovely Runner, will play the role of Soo In, a girl who suffers from various weird experiences during her work trip. The story unfolds as she visits a quiet reservoir, where something dark and mysterious is waiting. With past honors like Best New Actress at the Blue Dragon Film Awards and Grand Bell Awards for her role in “The Girl on a Bulldozer,” her performance in this Korean horror movie is already highly anticipated.

Lee Jong Won’s First Commercial Film in the Horror Genre

Lee Jong Won is taking the role of Ki Tae in Salmokji. He is quite popular with dramas such as "Knight Flower" and "Brewing Love." Well, this is his first major commercial film, and he is also venturing into the horror movie genre for the first time. This makes fans even more interested in seeing how he will translate the unknown world of the reservoir, especially with Kim Hye Yoon beside him.
