With COVID-19 hitting every industry hard, Netflix suffered a few blows too. Production had halted for almost a year. But much to everyone’s delight, all processes have been resumed in full-scale again. Netflix has confirmed much awaited new seasons of multiple popular shows releasing in the second half of 2021.

Money Heist season 5
Initially scheduled to release in May 2021, the fifth season of Spanish show La Casa De Papel or Money Heist has been postponed due to the ongoing pandemic. The show has now been set to release in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Stranger Things season 4
The teaser to the fourth season of the sci-fi show was released way back in February 2020 and was supposed to release in summer 2021. However, the production schedule went haywire due to the pandemic. The show will now be released either late 2021 or early 2022.
You season 3
The cast of the popular drama You have recently concluded the shooting shifts. Much to the fans delight, Netflix has confirmed that the third season will be released in 2021 itself.
Sex Education season 3
The popular British series is returning for it’s third season in 2021, after a delay in its release. Although the release date is unconfirmed, here is the announcement video of the same:
Lost in Space season 3
The third season to the mind-boggling Netflix series has been confirmed by the producers. Shooting for the same had ended in mid January 2021 and the show is also said to premiere in the fourth quarter of this year.
Cobra Kai season 4
Cobra Kai will be releasing its fourth season in late 2021 after leaving fans on the edge of their seats at the end of season 3. Fans are more than anxious for the highly anticipated season of the show.
The Witcher season 2
The show had to recast one of its popular characters (Eskel) due to scheduling conflicts that caused delay in production. Nevertheless, the show is now set to release the sequel season later this year.
