Actress Mouni Roy tied knot with entrepreneur Suraj Nambiar in Goa on Thursday. Mouni’s friend Arjun Bijlani posted photos of the bride and groom online. Suraj Nambiar and Mouni Roy are married now.

Mouni Roy got married to with her Dubai-based boyfriend Suraj Nambiar in Goa on Thursday. Mouni’s Naagin co-star and close friend Arjun Bijlani shared a picture of the bride and groom from the wedding ceremony. He captioned the post as “Mr and Mrs Nambiar!”.
More glances of the marriage have made their way to Instagram, which shows the bridegrooms acquiring blessings from family members, among other traditions and ceremonies.
Mouni donned a white saree with a red border for her wedding look, which she matched with intricate traditional jewellery. Suraj glowed in a cream and white dhoti-kurta.
Sources said, “A five-star resort has been booked as the venue. The guests have been asked to be tight-lipped about it. All the guests have been asked to carry their vaccination certificates.” The newlyweds have also planned to throw a dance reception on January 28. Many of Mouni’s best friends Pratik Utekar and Rahul Shetty were rehearsing with her for the same.
Before, Mouni had never made her relationship with Suraj official. A day before the wedding, Mouni posted her photo with Suraj on Instagram, introducing her fiance to fans. She addressed him her “everything” in the caption.
Mouni and Suraj’s pre-wedding ceremonies took place on Wednesday. Mandira Bedi and Arjun Bijlani posted many images from the ceremony on their respective social media accounts. A video of Mouni dancing in a yellow lehenga is already breaking the Internet.
Mouni marked her debut with the popular TV show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi but became famous with the show, Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev, opposite Mohit Raina. Mouni also featured as the lead in two seasons of the hit TV show Naagin. She then switched to the silver screen and has acted in films like Akshay Kumar-starrer Gold, KG: Chapter 1, Romeo Akbar Walter and Made in China. She will now be playing a negative role in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, also featuring Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and others.
