Paresh Rawal in Legal Trouble: Akshay Kumar’s Production House Demands ₹25 Crore Over Hera Pheri 3 Exit

Actor Paresh Rawal is in the news these days for the film 'Hera Pheri 3'. Akshay Kumar's production house Cape of Good Films has sent a legal notice to Paresh Rawal demanding Rs 25 crore due to his sudden exit from the film. Now the production house has claimed that the actor was paid Rs 11 lakh. Now his sudden exit from the film has caused a lot of loss.
The lawyer of Akshay Kumar's production house has also confirmed that Paresh Rawal has been sued for Rs 25 crore. Now the makers have said that Paresh Rawal himself had signed the contract. He had even started shooting the film and a payment of Rs 11 lakh has been made for it. The makers have said in a statement that the teaser of the film 'Hera Pheri 3' was shot on 3 April 2025. In which there was more than 3 minutes of footage of Paresh Rawal.
Cape of Good Films LLP, through its lawyer Parinam Law Associates, has said that Paresh Rawal had informed through a post on his ex handle on 30 January 2025 that he is a part of the film. After this, he agreed to work in the film by signing an informal agreement on 27 March 2025.
The makers say that Paresh Rawal's sudden exit from the film has affected the shooting schedule of the film along with the money. Due to this, the production house has demanded a compensation of Rs 25 crore from Paresh Rawal. Also, it is mentioned in the legal notice that if the demands are not met within seven days, further legal action will be taken. So far, Paresh Rawal has not given any reaction on this matter
