In recent reports, it was told that Akshay Kumar's production house Cape of Good Films has filed a case against Paresh Rawal and sent him a notice. Through this, a fine of Rs 25 crore has been imposed on him. Now the news is that Paresh Rawal has reportedly returned the fee of Rs 11 lakh to the makers.

According to Bollywood Hungama's report, Paresh Rawal has recently returned the signing amount of Rs 11 lakh to Akshay Kumar's Cape of Good Films i.e. Hera Pheri 3's production team. Giving inside information, a source said that 'Paresh Rawal has returned the signing amount of Rs 11 lakh as interest at 15% per annum.' The source further said that the actor has paid some extra money to back out of Hera Pheri 3.

According to the term sheet, the makers had reportedly paid Paresh Rawal Rs 11 lakh as fee. However, his fee for the film was fixed at Rs 15 crore. It was written in the term sheet that Paresh Rawal would be paid Rs 14.89 crore a month after the release of the film. Sources say that Paresh Rawal did not like this clause of the makers.
Because of this I kept a distance
The source further said that 'The shooting of Hera Pheri 3 was supposed to start from next year 2026. According to this, it was not possible for the film to be released before the end of the year or 2027. In this way, Paresh Rawal would have had to wait for his fees for about two years.' It is being said that perhaps this could be one of the reasons due to which Paresh Rawal has distanced himself from Hera Pheri 3.
