On the 19th of the month, Ram Gopal Varma was issued a notice to appear in court for a hearing, but he failed to show up. After missing the first hearing, Varma was asked to appear again today, but once again, he did not appear. This has raised suspicions that he might be attempting to avoid the legal proceedings.
