Ranbir Kapoor, in an interview to NDTV stated that his uncle Randhir Kapoor has dementia.
The 75-year-old veteran has now responded to Ranbir’s statement about his health.
During an interaction with the ETimes, Randhir Kapoor denied such news.
He said to ETimes, “Not at all. I am perfectly fine. I just had COVID sometime ago.”
The veteran actor’s statement comes just a day after Ranbir Kapoor said, “My uncle Randhir Kapoor, who is going through an early stage of dementia, came to me after the film and said, ‘Tell dad (Ranbir’s late father Rishi Kapoor) that he is amazing, and where is he, let’s call him’.”

When asked what Ranbir Kapooor had just said about him, the senior Kapoor responded, “Ranbir’s wish, he is entitled to say what he wants. I never said that. I am alright. In fact, I have just returned from Goa with Rahul Rawail. We were there at the Goa festival.”
It is to be noted that Randhir Kapoor is the eldest son of legendary the actor Raj Kapoor.
Late actor Rishi Kapoor passed away in 2020. Ranbir Kapoor is the son of Rishi and Neetu Kapoor.
