Bollywood celebrities often come into the target of social media users, who begin trending hashtags demanding boycott of their movies and sometimes advertisements.
And once again, Twitteratis have expressed their anger post the tragic demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and have slammed Ranveer Singh under hashtags #BoycottBingo #NoSushantNoBollywood #BoycottBollywood.
A Bingo Mad Angles ad featuring Ranveer Singh uses few scientific terms that were always associated with Sushant. The upset fans of Sushant took to social media to express their disgust and lashed out at Ranveer for allegedly mocking the Dil Bechara actor.
The particular dialogue that didn’t go down well with SSR fans was when Ranveer says “paradoxical photons” as the ‘photon’ word is mentioned in Sushant’s Twitter bio – “Photon in a double-slit.”
“See how Ranveer Singh and bingo together make fun of SSR. Their tagline should be “Brand of India but not pride of India,” wrote one user. Another tweeted, “@RanveerOfficial I just want to know who dubbed your portion in the ad? I’m sure you don’t know meaning of a single word here! If any chance you know, brief me what is Algorithm! Or what is Photon! Level matters, mocking doesn’t!”
This idiot would have taken ages to even learn those lines and he might need many of his births to understand it… All they know is to mock the alive and the dead who don’t/didn’t follow their stupid protocols.#BoycottBingo
