Richa Chadha shares first look of Madam Chief Minister, CHECK OUT

Richa Chadha has recently shared the first look of her upcoming film Madam Chief Minister. In the poster shared by Richa Chadha, the Gangs of Wasseypur actress can be seen in short hair, dishevelled look with bruises on her face and a broom in her hand on the poster.

What did Richa Chadha share?

On Monday, Richa Chadha took to her Twitter handle to share first look poster of her upcoming political drama named Madam Chief Minister.

Sharing the first look poster, Richa Chadha wrote: “Glad to present to you all, my new movie #MadamChiefMinister, a political drama about an ‘untouchable’ who hustles and makes it big in life! Out in cinemas on January 22! Stay tuned!”

What is on the poster?

The poster also features Richa Chadha’s co-stars, Manav Kaul and Saurabh Shukla. Richa Chadha is playing the titular character in the film, which also stars Akshay Oberoi and Shubhrajyoti.

Set in Uttar Pradesh, Madam Chief Minister’s poster also shows a glimpse of a political rally taking place.

Madam Chief Minister was shot in UP in 40 days in 2019. The film was set to be released on 17 July, 2020 but the release was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak and subsequent pandemic.

Written and directed by Subhash Kapoor, Madam Chief Minister is a “gut shaking political drama”

The tagline on the poster, which also shows Manav Kaul and Saurabh Shukla, read: “Untouchable, Unstoppable.” Madam Chief Minister, which revolves around the story of “an untouchable who hustles and makes it big in life,” will hit theatres on January 22.

Madam Chief Minister is Richa Chadha’s second film to release within a month. Chadha was last seen in Shakeela, biopic of adult film star Shakeela Khan.

Richa Chadha is known for her performances in Gangs Of Wasseypur (both parts), Fukrey, Masaan and Panga.
