Satish Kaushik, an actor and filmmaker, passed away on Thursday after suffering a heart attack, according to actor Anupam Kher. To determine the precise reason of his death, the Delhi Police have now stated in a statement that they are awaiting the thorough postmortem report.
Anupam expressed his shock at Satish Kaushik’s passing in a tweet earlier on Thursday. He shared a picture of the pair in black and white on Twitter. Along with it, Anupam has also written,
“While I am aware that death is the ultimate reality, I never imagined myself having to write that about my best friend Satish Kaushik. 45 years of friendship come to an abrupt end. Without you, Satish, life will never be the same. Aum Shanti.”
Currently, according to a report from the news agency ANI, Delhi Police has stated that they are awaiting the thorough postmortem report in order to determine the precise cause of Satish Kaushik’s demise. Many “medicines” were found when a team from the Delhi Police went to the farmhouse in southwest Delhi where the party Satish attended before his death was planned. An industrialist’s farmhouse apparently hosted a party.

Anupam had earlier informed that Satish had complained of feeling uneasy when at a friend’s house in Delhi. Anupam told that the man felt uneasy and asked the driver to take him to the hospital, but while on the way, he had a heart attack.
On March 7 in Bombay, lyricist-writer Javed Akhtar hosted the traditional Holi celebrations, and Satish’s last tweet on his Twitter account was a collection of images from those events. “Colored Joyful Fun Holi celebration at Janki Kutir Juhu by @Javedakhtarjadu @babaazmi @AzmiShabana @tanviazmi… met the newlywed gorgeous couple @alifazal9 @RichaChadha… wishing Happy Holi to everyone,” he wrote.
