‘Sherni’: Vidya Balan looks fierce in first look of the film

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan has shared the first look of her upcoming film ‘Sherni’. Balan will be seen in the role of a forest officer in the movie. Helmed by Amit Masurkar, the film will release on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.

Vidya shared the poster with her Instagram followers with the caption, “Fearless as she steps out into the world!”

The film is expected to be an intriguing drama where Vidya Balan’s character will be seen in high stake situations, trying to strike a balance between man and animals. Trying to protect the voiceless animals from the cruelty of egoistic humans, Vidya will embody a fresh and unique avatar for her upcoming film ‘Sherni’.

Apart from Balan the film also stars Sharad Saxena, Mukul Chaddha, Vijay Raaz, Ila Arun, Brijendra Kala, and Neeraj Kabi. ‘Sherni’ is expected to release in June 2021 on Amazon Prime Video.
