Stree 2

Stree 2, the highly anticipated horror comedy starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, has made a massive impact at the box office. The film has surprised everyone with its impressive performance and has now officially joined the Rs 500-crore club.

Record-Breaking Collections

Stree 2 started strong, earning Rs 307.80 crore in its first week, which includes preview shows. It continued its success with Rs 145.80 crore in its second week. The film performed exceptionally well in its third weekend, collecting Rs 9.25 crore on Friday, Rs 17.40 crore on Saturday, and Rs 22.10 crore on Sunday. This brought its total third weekend collection to Rs 48.75 crore, surpassing the third-weekend earnings of Baahubali 2 Hindi version, which made Rs 42.55 crore.

Total Box Office Collection

As of the end of its third weekend, Stree 2 has amassed a total of Rs 502.35 crore at the Indian box office. The film is now aiming for the Rs 600-crore milestone, with few competitors in its way, according to film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

Adarsh commented, "The third-weekend numbers of Stree 2 are remarkable. At this rate, it could challenge the lifetime business of Jawan and become the highest-grossing film in Hindi cinema." With this achievement, Stree 2 stands alongside major blockbusters like Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan, Ranbir Kapoor's Animal, Sunny Deol's Gadar 2, and Baahubali 2 Hindi version.
