Tabu has recently become prey to the Instagram hacking of celebrity accounts.
She took to Instagram and informed her fans that her account has been hacked after some suspicious activity took place in her absence.
What did Tabu share?
Tabu took to her Instagram stories and wrote that her account had been hacked. She also asked her fans not to click on any links sent from her account.
She wrote, “Hack alert. My account is hacked. Please do not click on any link from my account (sic).”

How did Tabu know that her account has been hacked?
A promotional post from Tabu’s Instagram went viral, even without her knowledge. The post was about a board game app that claimed to help you win money.
However, this wasn’t posted by the actress. Just a few hours after this post, the post got deleted and the actress informed her fans about the hacking.

In the recent past, many other celebs have faced the same issue of falling prey to account hacking.
Some of the celebs whose social media accounts were hacked, include, Vikrant Massey, Farah Khan, Aanand L Rai, Ameesha Patel, Asha Bhosle, Urmila Matondkar, Sussanne Khan, Esha Deol, Sharad Kelkar and Renee Sen.

Tabu’s work front
The actress was recently seen in Mira Nair’s A Suitable Boy. She played the role of Saeeda Bai on the show.
A Suitable Boy starred Ishaan Khatter opposite Tabu. She will next be seen in the horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 co-starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani in the lead roles.
