Film and Television actor Salim Ghouse passed away on Thursday. The popular actor died of cardiac arrest in Mumbai. He was 70 years old. The last rites of the actor were performed today.
Salim Ghouse’s wife Anita Salim also confirmed his death. He experienced pain in his chest on Wednesday and passed away on Thursday morning.
Ghouse began his acting journey in 1978 with the movie Swarg Narak. He acted in several films like Chakra (1981), Saaransh (1984), Mohan Joshi Hazir Ho! (1984), and many others.
He was a renowned name in the theatre world. Salim Ghouse also had a few international projects including Kim, The Perfect Murder, The Deceivers, The Maharaja’s Daughter and Getting Personal.
Salim Ghouse was also a popular face in the TV industry. He has essayed the roles of Rama, Krishna and Tipu Sultan in Bharat Ek Khoj.
