Popular TV actress Divya Bhatnagar, who was seen in Shivangi Joshi and Moshin Khan starrer ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, passed away on December 7. She was 34. The actress was admitted to the hospital after she tested positive for COVID-19. Divya was hospitalized in a serious condition as her oxygen levels reportedly dropped to 71.

Popular small screen celebs including Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Hina Khan mourned Divya Bhatnagar’s demise on social media. They offered their condolences and prayed that her soul rests in peace. Devoleena Bhattacharjee, who worked with Divya in ‘Sawaare Sabke Sapne Preeto’, penned a post for the late actress on her official Instagram handle. The ‘Saath Nibhaana Saathiya’ actress shared a picture with Divya, who played her on-screen sister in ‘Preeto’. Check out her post!
The ‘Bigg Boss 13’ contestant got emotional while talking about Divya’s death. She broke down into tears and said, “I personally feel that God couldn’t see her sufferings. In the past 9-10 years, I never saw Divya hurting anyone.”
Devoleena Bhattacharjee makes SERIOUS allegations against Divya Bhatnagar’s husband
Devoleena slammed Divya’s husband Gagan Gabru for making allegations against her mother and brother. She said that she would ‘expose’ Gagan Gabru and alleged that he spent six months in jail as a molestation case was registered against him in Shimla.
Devoleena also accused Gagan of ‘physically harassing’ Divya while they were together. She added that he caused ‘mental torture’ and ‘stress’ to Divya Bhatnagar, which further led to her suffering from diabetes. She further said that if the girls don’t stop Gagan now, then he can ruin several lives. “He physically assaulted Divya on Karwa Chauth and stole his jewelry. I will expose Gagan and will show everyone the proof against him,” Devoleena said while ending her video.
Divya Bhatnagar got married last year
The ‘Sanskar Dharohar Apno Ki’ actress tied the knot with Gagan Gabru in a Gurudwara on December 22, 2019 in Mumbai. Their families didn’t attend their wedding as they disapproved of their relationship. Divya and Gagan’s families had expressed their displeasure over their marriage as they belonged to different castes. Photos from their wedding went viral on social media.

Gagan also works in the entertainment industry. He reportedly makes reality shows for production houses and also manages artists professionally. He is yet to react to Devoleena Bhattacharjee’s allegations.
