Yash, being a Rocking Star, gears up for his spectacular come-back with three major film projects. His one of the top awaited films is the film Toxic in production, under acclaimed director Geetu Mohandas.
Recently there were reports of a very huge 20-acre sets for this film building massive excitement. Now Toxic is reeling under some legal harassment as regards allegations of Illegal Tree cutting during the production of this sets.
Controversy surrounds the Set Construction of Toxic: What Happened?
Local and state media report that some trees were cut without permission in the grand construction of the set of the movie. Karnataka's Forest Minister Eshwar Khandre has directed an investigation, and prosecution against those involved.
According to sources in PTI, the location for constructing the set falls within a forest area sold by HMT to various government and private organizations. It is said that it may have been sold in violation of rules.

Satellite images have brought to the fore alleged cutting of trees without authorization, which has raised widespread eyebrows. The Forest Minister has made it clear that the forests must be preserved and stated that unauthorised felling is a serious offence.
