IND vs SL: The visitors India have already sealed a series win after winning the first two ODIs in the upcoming Sri Lanka vs India ODI series.

The Shikhar Dhawan-led India team has so far put in a fantastic effort in the ODI series against Sri Lanka.

India won the first one-day international against Sri Lanka by seven wickets.

In the first innings, Indian bowlers reduced Sri Lanka to 262-9 and then chased down the total in just 36.4 overs

In the second ODI between Sri Lanka and India, Sri Lanka batted first and scored 275-9.

India was eventually victorious thanks to a fantastic partnership between tailenders Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Deepak Chahar.

On the basis of the first two games, we look at three Indian players who could win the man of the series award in the Sri Lanka versus India 2021 ODI series.

Shikhar Dhawan

Shikhar Dhawan, India’s captain, is the third player that might be named Man of the Series in the ODI series between Sri Lanka and India in 2021.

With 115 runs in two matches, the left-handed batsman is the series’ highest run scorer.

In the first ODI, the Indian opener hit an unbeaten 86 off 95 balls.

He hit 29 runs in the second match.

Dhawan can become a credible candidate for the man of the series award if he hits another huge innings in the third ODI.

Deepak Chahar

Deepak Chahar has a good chance of being name as Man of the Series in the ODI series between Sri Lanka and India in 2021.

The right-arm bowler has already taken four wickets in two games, including two wickets in each of the two One-Day Internationals.

Chahar also produced a spectacular knock of unbroken 69 runs at number 8 in the second ODI.

As a result, the right-arm bowler has already taken centre stage in the ODI series against Sri Lanka.

Yuzvendra Chahal

Yuzvendra Chahal is another player who has a chance to win the Man of the Series award in the ODI series between Sri Lanka and India in 2021.

With 5 wickets in two ODIs, the right-arm spinner is the series’ leading wicket-taker.

In the first ODI, the leg-spinner took two wickets for 37 runs.

After allowing 50 runs in the second match, he took three wickets.

If Chahal takes enough wickets in the third ODI. He will undoubtedly be the series’ leading wicket-taker and may even win the man of the series award.
