One principal and a teacher of a government school in Srinagar were killed by terrorists today.
This is another addition to the spate of targeted killings in the Kashmir valley.
Storming into the Government Boys Higher Secondary School in Srinagar’s Eidgah area, terrorists shot the principal and the teacher at close range.
There were no students in the school at that time.
In less than 48 hours after three persons were shot dead in strikes, Thursday saw two more targeted killings.
In the last five days, seven people have been killed in terror attacks in Kashmir.
As per the police chief of Jammu and Kashmir, The Resistance Front (TRF) is behind today’s attack.
The deceased belong to Kashmir’s minority Sikh and Hindu communities.
As per sources, TRF is run from Karachi. Former J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also condemned the latest killings.
This week, a 70-year-old businessman, Makhan Lal Bindroo was also shot at from point-blank range inside his store.
