Atul Subhash's Son Vyom Found: Sent Away by Nikita Singhania, Reveals Jaunpur Police
In a major breakthrough, Jaunpur Police located Vyom, the 4-year-old son of late software engineer Atul Subhash, amidst the ongoing investigation into the tragic suicide case. Vyom is currently staying with relatives of his mother, Nikita Singhania, and is said to be safe and attending school.
Nikita, accompanied by her mother Nisha and brother Anurag, remains in judicial custody at a jail in Bengaluru. She, along with her relatives, was arrested after 24-page suicide note of Atul accused them of abetting suicide. The note did contain emotional pleas, though, such as a begging message for Vyom. "Son, you'll understand me someday. They are using you too, and never let me see you.
After Atul's death on December 9, his family lodged a complaint, which led to Nikita's arrest in Gurugram and Nisha and Anurag's arrest in Prayagraj. The latest news about Vyom's safety came from Nikita, who during police interrogation revealed that her son was studying in a boarding school in Faridabad under the care of a relative.
Atul's father Pawan Modi had earlier sent the letter to President Droupadi Murmu and Narendra Modi, Prime Minister over concerns for Vyom. This update brings some good news to Atul's family, assuring everyone Vyom is in the correct hands.
The case is to continue with the accused to be produced before the court after the judicial custody. At the same time, the family of Atul has moved for legal custody of Vyom in order to bring him under their care.
