Atul Subhash Suicide Case: Wife Nikita Singhania and All Four Accused Granted Bail

The Atul Subhash suicide case witnessed the release of Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, her brother Anurag Singhania, and other accused people on Saturday, January 4, 2025, due to an order passed by the Bengaluru City Civil Court. This order came after the defense put up its arguments in court.

Arguments Presented by Defense

During the hearing, Nikita Singhania's lawyer said that her arrest was illegal, as the police did not have any valid reasons to arrest her. The defence claimed that there was a need for further investigation into the incident so that the whole details could be known.

The court allowed the bail of Nikita, and it matches the ongoing probe in which authorities are collecting evidence and establishing the facts behind the tragic death of Atul Subhash.
