CGHS Dispensary Online Services to Remain Down on April 26, Confirms Pensioners' Forum

Anand Awasthi, General Secretary of the Pensioners’ Forum, has announced that all CGHS dispensaries across the country will face a temporary suspension of online services on April 26, 2025, due to a system upgrade.

Awasthi assured beneficiaries that although online services will remain unavailable, some essential tasks might be handled offline, albeit with minor inconveniences. He emphasized that there is no cause for worry, as normal online functioning will resume smoothly under the new system starting April 28, 2025.

This assurance was given during a formal meeting held to address concerns of CGHS beneficiaries.

In support of this update, the Additional Director of CGHS, Kanpur, has issued an official circular today confirming the temporary disruption and the steps being taken to minimize the impact.

The forum has urged all beneficiaries to stay calm and patient during this brief transition period, reaffirming that the system enhancement will lead to improved services and efficiency in the future.
