After creating chaos and violence on Republic Day, Delhi Police have filed 15 cases in the farmer’s tractor rally protest.
The ongoing farmer’s protest against the three farm laws took a violent turn on 72nd Republic Day.
More than 80 policemen were injured and 8 buses were vandalised. Farmer’s tractor rally took a violent turn at Mukarba Chowk, Gazipur, ITO, Seemapuri, Nangloi T-Point and the Red Fort.

According to police, Sayunkt Kisan Morcha had proposed plans for a peaceful tractor rally on Delhi’s border areas on one hand.
On the other hand, a large group of farmers also attempted to move towards New Delhi district. And when police tried to stop them, it turned into a violent clash.
After the farmers forcefully entered the forecourt of the red fort, they even hoisted a religious flag on a mast outside.
The police using force had to remove them from the red fort. The protesting farmers called off their tractor rally later, in the evening on Monday.

The police are registering further cases of rioting, vandalism, violence against the farmer’s tractor rally protests.
The farmers had agreed to take out their Tractor Rally through selected routes and after the official Republic Day parade at Rajpath. However, the violence broke out when the farmers breached security barricades and entered the national capital.
The farmers have been protesting on the outskirts of the national capital for nearly two. The administration didn’t allow them to enter the city, following which they camped outside the national capital.
However, Sanyukt Kisan Morcha blamed the anti-social elements for infiltrating the otherwise peaceful movement.
