Faridabad Wedding Chaos: Guest Shoots Waiter for Delayed Food Service

A wedding celebration in Faridabad turned tragic when a guest shot a waiter over a food delay. It happened in Sainik Colony, where a heated argument escalated into violence.

The Dispute Over Food

The victim, one Mubarak alias Badshah, was also a waiter at the marriage. Several youths, among them a boy named Mohit, claimed that the food was taking too long to appear. It led to a scuffle over this delay. In the course of the same scuffle, Mohit extracted a pistol and shot the Badshah.

Disorder at the Wedding

The pistol shot sent the patrons into panics. Badshah was rushed to hospital nearby and was pronounced dead there.

Police Investigation Is Underway

The deceased hails from Badkhal village. His family identified the body. Police have registered an FIR on the complaint filed by the family and are viewing the CCTV footage to identify the shooter. It is not known if there was any known relationship between the accused and the wedding hosts. Meanwhile, the community is in shock at the tragic incident.
