Fatal Crash Near Bikaner: A tragic road accident has been reported near Bikaner. Five people lost their lives in the accident, which occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, at 2:30 AM near Bukkanser Phanta on the Hanumangarh Road Mega Highway, close to Sardarshahar. Five people in the Tata Safari lost their lives in an extremely violent collision with a canter. Two persons were left seriously injured along with one passenger in the Tata Safari and the driver of the canter.

So intense was the impact that it had left two persons trapped in the totally mangled Tata Safari. It took the police almost two hours of arduous effort to extract the victims with the aid of a crane for the movement of canter. The broken state of Tata Safari made it an arduous rescue. The police personnel sent the injured to the government hospital; later some of them were shifted to higher centers in Bikaner for treatment. Unfortunately, one of the critical patients succumbed during transit.

The victims who were declared dead include 26-year-old Kamlesh, 23-year-old Nandlal, 25-year-old Rakesh, 33-year-old Pawan, and 30-year-old Dhanraj. The incident happened while they were travelling from Sardarshahar to Hanumangarh. Survivors are being given first aid treatment, while police have begun investigating how this mishap happened.
