TVN Opinion: The Two-Nation Farce: General Munir’s Delusional Dogma and the West’s Puppet Show
General Asim Munir revives the debunked Two-Nation Theory, exposing colonial myths and Western manipulation. Is South Asia still a pawn in global power games?

By Justice Markandey Katju
General Asim Munir’s recent regurgitation of the debunked Two-Nation Theory is not just historical illiteracy—it is treason against the people of the subcontinent. By parroting Jinnah’s divisive rhetoric, Munir has exposed himself as nothing more than a "running dog" (as the Chinese rightly call such servile agents) of Western powers who fear a united, industrialised India.
The Myth of "Separate Nations"
Munir claims Hindus and Muslims are "different in every possible way." This is absurd, ahistorical nonsense. For centuries, Hindus and Muslims shared:
Language (Hindustani/Khadiboli) – The tongue of Ghalib and Kabir, spoken across borders even today.
Culture – From Urdu poetry to classical music, Holi to Eid, our traditions are intertwined.
Brotherhood – Before British poison, Hindus and Muslims fought shoulder-to-shoulder in 1857, celebrated each other’s festivals, and lived as one people.
The Real Culprit: British Divide-and-Rule
The communal virus was injected post-1857 by the British to fracture resistance. As historian Dr. B.N. Pande proved, the colonial state manufactured religious hatred through:
Biased history textbooks
Communal electoral policies
Propaganda painting Muslims as "foreign"
The Two-Nation Theory was a colonial swindle to weaken India—and Munir, like Jinnah, is perpetuating it on behalf of foreign masters.
Why the West Wants This Myth Alive
The developed world fears a united India because:
Economic Threat – A reunited subcontinent, with cheap labour and vast resources, would outcompete Western industries.
Geopolitical Shift – A strong India-China-Asia bloc would end Western hegemony.
Munir’s job is to keep Pakistan a failed state and India divided—so poverty, unemployment, and chaos continue.
The Tragic Irony
While Munir barks about "Islamic identity," Pakistan’s masses suffer:
40% child malnutrition
Collapsing economy
Terrorism bred by the Army’s own proxies
Meanwhile, Indians and Pakistanis abroad mingle freely, proving blood and culture trump artificial borders.
The Path Forward
Reject the Two-Nation Lie – Hindus and Muslims are one civilization.
Expose Western Puppets – Munir and his ilk serve foreign interests, not their people.
Demand Reunification – Only a united, industrialised subcontinent can end poverty and neo-colonialism.
Final Warning: As long as generals like Munir parrot colonial-era myths, South Asia will remain enslaved. The people must rise above this manufactured hatred—or perish as pawns in someone else’s game.
