Huge Setback For BJP As INDIA Bloc Wins 10 Out Of 13 Seats In Bypolls

The INDIA alliance has once again performed well, winning eight seats in the bypolls.
 
 In Himachal Pradesh, Congress won two seats, while BJP managed to win only one seat in Hamirpur.

In a major setback to the BJP-led NDA, the ruling alliance has won only two out of ten seats in key seven states in bypolls on Saturday. The INDIA alliance has once again performed well, winning eight seats in the bypolls.

Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress (TMC) has won all four seats in West Bengal. In Himachal Pradesh, Congress won two seats, while BJP managed to win only one seat in Hamirpur.

The BJP faced a huge disappointment in Uttarakhand, losing both seats in Badrinath and Manglaur.

In Punjab, AAP's Mohinder Bhagat won the Jalandhar West seat with a margin of 37,725 votes. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann's leadership was questioned after the party's poor performance in the recent Lok Sabha elections, where AAP won only three out of 13 seats.

BJP won its second seat in Madhya Pradesh. Kamlesh Pratap Shahi was the BJP candidate from the Amarwara seat in Madhya Pradesh.

In Bihar, independent candidate Shankar Singh won the Rupauli assembly bypoll, defeating JDU's Kaladhar Prasad Mandal by a margin of 8,246 votes.

The bypoll elections were held across seven states on July 10.
