Tragic Crime in Kanpur: Son Fatally Stabs Mother for Opposing Love Marriage

Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh – A horrifying incident unfolded in the Narayanpuri area of Hanumant Vihar police station limits where a young man brutally stabbed his mother to death. The victim had reportedly been opposing her son's decision to go for a love marriage.

In a fit of rage, the accused, identified as Raja, allegedly attacked his mother with a knife, killing her on the spot. Shocked family members quickly informed the police, who arrived along with a forensic team to investigate the scene.

According to ADCP South, Mahesh Kumar, the accused has been arrested and the body has been sent for post-mortem. Police are further investigating the matter.
