Kanpur: SP's Naseem Solanki Leading by 13,742 Votes After 18th Round in Sisamau Constituency
After 18 rounds of vote counting in the Sisamau constituency of Kanpur, SP candidate Naseem Solanki leads with 67,131 votes, leaving BJP’s Suresh Awasthi trailing at 53,389 votes. With 122,479 votes tallied, Solanki maintains a comfortable margin of 13,742 votes.
Kanpur: In the vote counting process underway for the Sisamau Assembly constituency in Kanpur, Samajwadi Party (SP) worker Naseem Solanki has gained a good margin of lead over BJP's Suresh Awasthi. After 18 rounds of counting, Solanki had bagged 67,131 votes while Awasthi could muster only 53,389 votes at that time, placing Solanki over Awasthi by a good margin of 13,742 votes.
A total of 122,479 votes have been counted so far, and it seems that the SP candidate has a strong position in this key constituency of Uttar Pradesh. As the counting goes on, the results could mark a decisive moment for Sisamau's political landscape.
