Shah credited PM Modi for promoting local languages like Kashmiri, Dogri, Balti, and Janskari, ensuring their survival after the formation of the Union Territory. He asserted that Article 370 sowed the seeds of separatism and terrorism in Kashmir, which have significantly declined following its abrogation.

Kashmir's Cultural Unity with India
Shah points out Kashmir's cultural inseparability with India and calls it a constituent part of India's soul. He further indicates that the region's temples and scriptures prove its eternal bondage with India.
Call for Truthful Historical Narratives
Arguing against colonial-era narratives, Shah appealed to historians to record the history of India on cultural truths and facts. He maintained that the boundary of India is a boundary of cultural traditions which joins Kashmir with Kanyakumari and Gandhara with Odisha as one single cultural nation.
